At Castleman Eye Center not only do we perform surgical procedures on the eyes, we also understand the importance of routine eye care, glaucoma management, diabetic eye exams and many other eye care services. It is important to have regular eye exams yearly to rule out eye disease like glaucoma, that has no symptoms until it has advanced.
Our staff optometrist will perform routine eye exams for glasses primarily and can also treat for basic eye issues, such as eye infections, dry eye syndrome and corneal abrasions. Dr. Snigdha Singh is our general ophthalmologist who will diagnose and treat eye disease such as cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration in addition to performing LASIK.
Dr. James Valice is our retina specialist who treats diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration and retina detachments. Dr. John Ramocki is our oculoplastics specialist who treats eyelid defects and disorders, such as entropion (eyelids that turn in), ectropion (eyelids that turn out) ptosis (droopy eyelids) and excess eyelid skin.
